v 0.3 (Camera "Stutter" fix)

I finally fixed the camera "Stuttering" so the game is semi playable now. I will be working on around 3 more maps for the future, making the controls for the camera and character smoother and better for the style I am going for, and then I will plan to change the networking to Photon until I can get more servers. I also plan on adding settings. And fixing up the UI to accommodate the future maps and settings
